In the past, Loz thought motivation struck like lightning. Inspiration was a bolt from the blue that ignited a fire inside her - then it faded.

The spark burned out and vanished until the next strike, and she could never guess when that might be.

Bottling that motivational lightning seemed impossible, so unfeasible it wasn’t even worth thinking about.

Loz now knows such thinking is complete BS.

She learned it through “me-search” and:

Stopped waiting around for life to happen to her

Stopped trying to catch motivational lighting in a bottle

Instead, she created and maintained motivation by setting meaningful goals. Breaking them down into actionable steps gave her an action plan. Making the steps achievable made the approach sustainable.

This strategy gave her the discipline to overcome motivational barriers.

Loz knows because she’s lived it. A string of emotional and physical obstacles - the suicide of her first husband, sexual assault, a tumour in her brain, and the discovery of a congenital hole in her heart in my 30s - drained all motivation.

She was alive but not living. Surviving, not thriving. At a genuine crisis point.

Setting meaningful goals, creating actionable steps, and embracing positive thinking changed everything - it helped Loz find her mojo.
