From an early age, Loz knew she’d live an extraordinary life. Sometimes, it was discovering a distant galaxy, while other times, it was finding the key to a scientific breakthrough.

One thing stayed consistent in the dreams about her life: Her actions would impact the lives of others.

But getting to this position hasn’t been easy. She had to overcome a string of emotional and physical obstacles - the suicide of her first husband, sexual assault, three brain tumours over a decade, and the discovery of a congenital hole in her heart in her 30s - which left her stuck in life.

These challenges ultimately set Loz on the path to self-discovery.

Everyday choices around eating, moving, sleeping, hydration and breathing became her tools for breaking through barriers.

They helped her overcome past limitations. To move forward. To begin her journey to an empowered life. To break free from stuck and become unstoppable.
