I’m a motivational speaker and healthy habit coach on a mission. Some think it’s a far-out goal to aim for. Some are even afraid to say it aloud. But I’m not.

My mission is to help you "GET THE F*CK UNSTUCK!"

I do that through my keen understanding of the transformative power of daily routines and habits. My experience lets me guide busy people like you towards a life filled with boundless happiness, health, and vitality.

So, what sets me apart? It’s my personal journey. It’s my refusal to submit to life’s challenges. To fall and stay down. To accept being stuck.

Mastering the art of daily habits helped me battle and triumph over multiple autoimmune disorders and chronic pain. My practical guidebook encapsulates the struggle, offering a blueprint to anyone looking to upgrade their life from feeling stuck to becoming unstoppable.

Life isn’t smooth sailing for anyone. It’s how you respond to the adversity that matters. I faced my hardships and overcame them through unwavering positivity and inspired action.

Through mastering daily habits, I built multiple 6 and 7-figure businesses. The experience and failures along the way taught me many valuable lessons. It schooled me on resilience and a positive mindset - never give up!

The road has been anything but easy. Loss and hardship and failure never are. But battling through distress shaped me into the joyful and vibrant coach I am today.

Business achievements aren’t the only marker of success. Various bodies on local, state and national levels have issued awards for my work. It’s always gratifying to be recognised for my results, an endorsement of my reputation as a leader and coach.

Witnessing transformations in the people I help is the biggest reward, though. I’ve been in their shoes. Stuck. And seeing them break free from handbrake habits and start thriving inspires me to keep motoring.

Habits are routine behaviours we repeat regularly, actions we take with barely a second thought. These habits might be healthy, like brushing our teeth. Or they might be unhealthy, like puffing a dart first thing after rolling out of bed.

Some habits are core to our survival. But letting them fall by the wayside can hold us back. These “handbrake habits” are:

  • Breathing

  • Hydrating

  • Sleeping

  • Moving

  • Eating

We’re locked into these habits every day. We can’t survive without them. Life can get in the way, though. We often get stuck in a cycle of bad habits that hold us back.

Always a Storyteller, Always a Dreamer

Dusk sets in over Ipswich, South-East Queensland. Our T-shirts stick to our clammy backs. A breeze flits across the neighbours' balcony, offering the only relief to the heavy air. But we don’t care.

We’re only concerned with putting on a good show. Entertaining family and friends. We sing and dance on the neighbours’ balcony, acting out plays, an outcast group of kind-hearted misfit friends.

The cicada chorus in the dwindling light provides the backing track to our shows. The sound of Australian summer. And us kids are centre stage. Performing for the adults. Telling stories.

Yeah, I’ve always been a storyteller at heart. Always been a dreamer, too.

From an early age, I knew I’d live an extraordinary life. Sometimes, it was uncovering some magical mystery of the universe. Other times, it was travelling in a rocket to outer space. One thing stayed consistent in the dreams about my life: My actions would impact the lives of others.

And that unwavering thread in my fantasies is now a reality. My work impacts the lives of others. But getting to this position hasn’t been easy.

I’ve had to overcome a string of emotional and physical obstacles - the suicide of my first husband, sexual assault, a tumour in my brain, and the discovery of a congenital hole in my heart in my 30s. These challenges ultimately set me on the path to self-discovery.

Everyday choices around breathing, hydrating, sleeping, moving and eating became my tools for breaking through barriers. They helped me to overcome my past limitations. To motor forward. To begin my journey on the path to an empowered life.

And that’s what I want for your audience. I want to use my experience to kickstart their journeys of self-discovery. I want to put them on the fast track to empowered living. I want to show them how attending to simple, everyday habits helps them "GET THE F*CK UNSTUCK!"
