Digital Products

(21-Day Meditation Challenge, digital downloads, programs)

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By purchasing, you're acknowledging you understand this.

Exception: If there's a technical fault on our end (file won't download, content is corrupted), reach out within 7 days and we'll fix it — no drama.

Physical Products

(Books, Betty Boo Bands, Gift Boxes, doTerra kits, merchandise)

Change of mind: We don't offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you're unsure, email us before you buy — [email protected].

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A photo of the issue

- A brief description of what happened

We'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — your choice.

Signed books: Signed copies are final sale for change of mind. If it arrives damaged, same process as above.

Return Postage

- If the item is faulty or we made an error → we cover return postage

- Change of mind returns (where accepted) → postage is at your cost

How long does it take?

Once we receive your return or approve your request, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

Our policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
